Product/Project Engineers Electro/ Electric Power systems

Tasks and responsibilities:

The positions may include engineering, design, development, production and installation of electrotechnical systems, including design and development of switchboards, rectifiers, frequency converters, battery systems and charging technology.

Qualifications:

• Primarily Bachelor's or Master's in electrical/automation/cybernetics, but technical vocational school and relevant experience are also interesting.
• Vocational certificate in electrical/electric power/automation is an advantage
• Knowledge/experience with electrical power systems, electrical machines (VFD/DSD) and various voltage levels is desirable, hereby experience with rectifiers/frequency converters and generator configuration
• Experience with control and monitoring of electrotechnical systems, including PLC programming is desirable
• Generally good digital knowledge, hereby experience with programming, design and simulation tools

Language:

• English – written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Norwegian is an advantage.

Workplace:

Bergen, but other locations may also be relevant.
